about: I worked at a deli. One of my jobs was to cut meat. And by "meat", I mean dead flesh. The dead flesh from a cow was red and bloody. I had to soak the blood up with a paper towel when I cut into the package surrounding it. As I sliced it, blood dripped down the slicer. I was already vegetarian when I had this job. In order to deal with this forced dose of reality, I came up with this song... and sang it while I cut the cow carcuss... and dissociated.
